Contact Us

Here’s how it works.

  • Trade
  • Commercial
  • Step 1 - Initial contact

Reach out by phone, website, social media or by visiting our showroom. We respond quickly, usually the same or next working day, and take time to understand what you need, offering guidance on products, styles and next steps.

Step 2 - Consultation and product guidance

We’ll help you explore options in our showroom or via brochures. Visiting the showroom is optional but highly recommended – you can see products, compare styles and even take samples home to check them in your space. Appointments help, but aren’t essential.

Step 3 - Measuring and technical advice

Our surveyor visits your property to take accurate measurements and provide technical advice. Visits are free, and typically take around 30 minutes for smaller jobs or longer for larger projects. Measurements ensure the right product and price before moving forward.

    Step 4 - Quotation & final specification

After measurements are confirmed, we prepare a detailed quote. You’ll have the chance to review it, ask questions and make adjustments. We confirm all final details in writing – including finishes, thresholds and glass options.

Quotes are valid for 30 days, with flexibility if material costs change.

    Step 5 - Order placement & payment

Payments can be made by bank transfer, card, cash or finance. Once the deposit is received, we schedule installation, order materials and allocate resources.

A 50% deposit secures your order, with the remainder due on the day installation begins.

    Step 6 - Delivery & installation

Our in-house installation team handles every job. Timescales vary from quick unit replacements to multi-day timber work. Installations are supervised, and we walk you through the finished result before completion to make sure everything is right.

    Step 7 - Aftercare & support

Even after installation, we’re here to help.

    • Guarantees: 10 years on PVC, 5 years on glass, 3 years on handles and gearing.
    • Support: Any issues can be raised with our domestic installation team, who arrange remedial work if needed.
    • New Build & Commercial: Builders or contracts managers handle post-install queries, with Pinefield support as required.
