Crafting your bespoke finish
Every order follows a detailed process to make sure your chosen colour is applied perfectly:
Step 1: Once you’ve chosen your shade, we create dedicated colour spray sheets – one kept with your order in the factory, and one saved to our system for future reference.
Step 2: Our Production Coordinator schedules the spraying in line with your fitting or supply date.
Step 3: Frames are prepared, cut, and made, before heading to the spray booth.
Step 4: Our in-house spray specialist, Bob, applies two even coats of paint using precision equipment.
Step 5: Frames are then left to dry for 24 hours, before being assembled and glazed ready for installation.
For most spray-painted jobs, the full process takes around four weeks from order to manufacture, though we can adapt depending on project size and urgency.

Equipped with three specialist spray guns and operated by Bob, who has received in-house training directly from the colour spray manufacturer, the booth allows us to paint everything from small components up to 5m in length, across both glass and uPVC materials.
