How long have you worked with Pinefield Glass? And what made you choose them?
“We’ve been working with Pinefield Glass as our main window and door contractor for over ten years now. They’re a local company to us and over that time we’ve built a great working relationship with their directors and team members. Can you tell us a bit more about the types of projects you typically collaborate on with Pinefield Glass?
“Most of our collaboration is on new-build homes, where Pinefield supply and fit all the windows and external doors for our developments, also supplying bespoke mirrors and other glazing, such as sidelights and stair balustrading. Pinefield has also provided and fitted windows for a number of extensions and renovation works over the years.
“We usually size and specify the windows ourselves for quoting, and Pinefield is always quick to provide technical details such as U-values and g-values when required, which is a great help during the design and compliance stages.”

“Their products have consistently met the standards we need for energy performance and finish quality. The team is efficient and always willing to return for any aftercare or snagging issues – even when it’s not a fault with their product, such as when building settlement requires a window to be adjusted. Nothing is ever a problem for them and it ensures our clients are happy and that our aftersales process runs smoothly.”
