Meet the team

Bryan co-founded Pinefield Glass in 2011 and still loves seeing the business grow. From managing key clients to overseeing contracts and tenders, he takes pride in helping the team develop and succeed. With over 47 years’ experience in the glass and window industry and a Diploma in Management, Bryan continues to enjoy the challenge of winning new work and planning how projects are delivered. Outside of work, he enjoys golf and watching football.

Martin keeps daily operations moving and departments connected. As co-owner and Operations Director, he oversees the day-to-day running of the business, ensuring all departments work together to deliver the best service for customers and a positive working environment for staff. He has worked in the PVCu and glazing industry for 20 years and joined Pinefield Glass when it was founded in November 2011.

Outside of work, Martin spends most of his time with his two energetic young boys, enjoying football and family time. He also remains actively involved in football coaching, managing one of his son’s teams and following Highland League football.

Diane has worked in the industry for over 20 years, joining Pinefield Glass when it was founded in November 2011. She began her journey here as an Administrator, later became Administration Supervisor and proudly stepped into the role of Finance Director in 2018. With a long-standing interest in admin and business studies and early customer service experience from part-time work, Diane brings a strong foundation to managing all things finance, from payroll to supplier payments.

As the only female director, she keeps the rest of the team in line while enjoying the progress and teamwork that make Pinefield a great place to work. Outside the office, Diane is a busy mum of two football-mad boys, spending much of her free time with her family, cheering on the sidelines or enjoying walks and trips to the park.

Martin joined the company back in 1998, starting straight from school and working his way into the domestic side of the business. With years of hands-on experience behind him, he now manages the domestic fitters, schedules jobs and ensures projects run smoothly day to day. He enjoys meeting new people and keeping operations organised and on track.

Outside of work, Martin has always been passionate about football and still jumps in for a game whenever a team is short. He also enjoys boxing and now dedicates much of his spare time to coaching as part of the youth coaching team at Elgin City.

Jamie oversees Pinefield’s installation squads, glazing and remedial departments, ensuring projects run efficiently on site. With over 30 years’ experience in the PVCu industry, he joined Pinefield Glass at its founding in 2011 and became Installation and Technical Director in 2018.

Jamie began his career as a factory operative and progressed into supervisory and management roles, building strong technical expertise across multiple window systems. Outside of work, he’s a keen golfer at Moray Golf Club and enjoys darts and time away from the busy work environment.

Colin has been with Pinefield Glass since 2012, with a brief break between 2014 and 2017, and has steadily progressed through roles including Area Sales Representative, Senior Estimator, and Sales & Estimating Manager before becoming Contracts Manager. In his current role, he oversees contract sales, new build developments, trade sales and showroom projects, ensuring plots move smoothly through to production while maintaining strong relationships with customers. Colin thrives on the excitement of securing new sales and enjoys pitching to house builders and engaging with trade clients.

With a natural talent for connecting with people, Colin’s approachable nature makes it easy for customers and colleagues to discuss quotations, orders and contracts. Outside of work, he is passionate about football – whether managing a team, coaching his kids or cheering on Liverpool at home.

Charlie joined Pinefield Glass in May 2024 when the Transport Manager role was created. He keeps the company’s fleet of vans and HGVs running smoothly, ensuring deliveries and transport operations stay on track.

A former RAF aircraft technician, Charlie brings precision, organisation and a strong safety mindset to the role, developed through years of working in fast-paced, front-line environments. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, travelling and getting out on his motorcycles!

Doug joined Pinefield Glass in August 2024 and currently works as an Estimator, turning enquiries into completed orders. He thrives in a collaborative environment where everyone supports each other, making Pinefield a true team effort. With extensive experience dealing with the public, Doug’s interpersonal and communication skills are key to his success in the role.

Outside of work, Doug is an avid music fan, owning around 2,000 vinyl albums and 1,000 CDs, and enjoys attending gigs whenever he can. He’s also passionate about Highland League football, following Lossie all over the north of Scotland.

Scott has been with Pinefield Glass since 2013 and has spent almost four years in his current role as Production Coordinator. He keeps workflow steady from office to factory, maintains stock levels and ensures materials are ready for production. Having worked both in the factory and on-site, Scott brings valuable hands-on experience to his role and appreciates the supportive, friendly environment at Pinefield.

Outside of work, Scott enjoys watching and playing football, walking his dog and meeting up with friends.

Shannon has been with Pinefield Glass since August 2016 and has spent around a year in her current role as Finance Assistant. She handles credit control, purchasing, HR and finance support across the business, appreciating the guidance and opportunities provided by the directors to help her grow within the company.

Before joining Pinefield at 18, Shannon gained valuable experience in customer-facing roles from the age of 13, building skills in communication, money handling and time management. Outside of work, she enjoys anything competitive (as long as she’s winning) and loves going out for coffee and a sweet treat!

Ross joined Pinefield Glass in May 2025 and coordinates between house builders and fitters, ensuring sites are ready for installation. He brings strong customer service and communication skills from previous roles across sales and production, helping him work confidently with customers and suppliers.

Outside of work, Ross spends time with his wife and two sons and is heavily involved in football, following Aberdeen and Lossiemouth and coaching the Lossiemouth FC Under 14s. Fun fact: he’s a twin – so if he doesn’t say hello, it might not be him!

Errin has been with Pinefield Glass for four years and has spent the last year as Admin Supervisor, keeping the office running smoothly and making sure orders and processes stay on track! She completed a modern apprenticeship after leaving school, gaining a qualification in Business and Administration that supports her role today. 

Outside of work, Errin enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, friends and family, and loves getting outdoors for walks whenever she can.

Since 2024, Shannon has been with Pinefield Glass as an Administrative Assistant, focusing on order entry and production coordination. She holds a qualification in administration and brings 10 years of experience from retail environments to her role, helping keep operations running smoothly.

Outside of work, Shannon enjoys spending time with her son and husband, and often plays  darts with her family up to four times a week. She’s also a two-time World Pipe Band champion – a surprising talent that not many people at Pinefield know about!

Liam has been with Pinefield Glass since November 2024 and has spent just over a year in his role as Administration Assistant. He helps with pricing and responding to customer enquiries, enjoying the friendly team atmosphere and the chance to work closely with everyone at Pinefield.

Liam came into the role straight from school and from a full-time football environment, which helped him develop strong people skills that he applies every day at work. Outside of the office, he enjoys playing football, as well as other sports like golf, tennis and darts. He also loves going out with friends for a bite to eat!

Richard has over 26 years’ experience in the PVCu and fabrication industry, progressing at Pinefield Glass from factory operative to Factory Manager, a role he has held from 2018. He now brings that expertise to his role as, ensuring projects are measured and delivered accurately while supporting improvements to processes and layouts.

Outside of work, Richard enjoys spending time with his two young daughters, watching football and walking his dog while listening to a good playlist to relax.

Graeme has over 25 years’ experience in the glazing industry and joined Pinefield Glass at its founding in 2011. He became the company’s Surveyor in 2016, combining his extensive knowledge of glazing, new build and domestic installations to guide customers through their supply and fit options with confidence. 

In his free time, Graeme is a passionate Celtic fan, enjoys walks with the dog and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
