Toughened Safety Glass

Toughened glass is up to 5 times stronger than normal annealed glass and if broken breaks into relatively harmless small pieces.

Toughed glass meets a number of legislative requirements for buildings both domestic and commercial. It is extensively used in doors of all types and in areas where there is a high level “foot” traffic such as schools, shopping centres.

Toughened Glass can have a range of decorative features applied such as lead work and sandblasted effect designs.
